Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, unless a shorter return window or non-returnable exception applies as stated below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unopened where applicable, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@wofsports.com. Returns must be approved before the item is shipped back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an approved damage, defect, or an error on our part, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

If we provide a return shipping label and the returned item does not meet our return policy, the cost of the return label may be deducted from the refund amount.


Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately at info@wofsports.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or our error, we will provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return label.

To help us review the issue, we may request photos, video, packaging photos, and/or carrier damage information.


Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Shoes

  • Apparel

  • Pokémon products

  • Nvidia video cards

  • PS5 consoles

  • PS5 bundles

  • Sports card boxes, packs, singles, and slabs

  • Open LEGO products

  • Open Hot Wheels products

  • Any open-box product

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care or hygiene-related goods

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

For autographed collectibles, returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving the item. Autographed collectibles must be returned in the same condition received, with all packaging, certificates, tags, seals, or authentication materials included.

We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without the original packaging and included materials.

Klarna Purchases

For purchases made using Klarna, eligible items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

For Klarna purchases, restocking fees, store credit, or exchanges will not apply when the item qualifies for a return under this Klarna return policy.

Items that are opened, used, worn, damaged after delivery, or not returned in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, if eligible and approved, and then place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Unless the return is due to an approved damage, defect, or our error, refunds may exclude original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any applicable deductions allowed under this policy.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be received in original condition and original packaging, with tags attached and all accessories, inserts, manuals, certificates, authentication materials, and included items returned together.

A refund will only be issued after inspection and approval of the returned item’s condition.

If the returned item is missing parts, damaged, opened, used, worn, altered, or not in the condition originally received, the return may be denied or the refund amount may be reduced.


European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us at info@wofsports.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.

If your EU withdrawal return is approved, we will reimburse eligible payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction.

The EU right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital content once download has begun with your prior consent

  • Items that are opened, used, damaged after delivery, or not returned in their original condition
