Sharper Image Compact Wanted to return found it $15 cheaper online. They said they accepted returns except restocked fee and mail. Was very disappointed they do try to work with me. I am disabled and $15 is a lot of money
I received the item with a broken foot pedestal. I’ve emailed customer service twice to ask how to return it, but I haven’t received a response or return instructions. The item arrived damaged, and the lack of communication has made resolving the issue frustrating.
