My wife really likes this hair dryer. It’s compact, powerful, and dries hair quickly. We purchased it as “new in box,” but it arrived with scratches and appeared to have been used. The store promptly sent us a replacement, which arrived in better condition but still had some marks and scratches. Their customer service was excellent, very attentive and helpful throughout the process. Overall, we’re happy with the product, and considering the price, it was a good deal.
Wanted to return found it $15 cheaper online. They said they accepted returns except restocked fee and mail. Was very disappointed they do try to work with me. I am disabled and $15 is a lot of money
I received the item with a broken foot pedestal. I’ve emailed customer service twice to ask how to return it, but I haven’t received a response or return instructions. The item arrived damaged, and the lack of communication has made resolving the issue frustrating.
