Expected the horses to face each other as pictured, but they weren’t. Also, there was a yellow plastic coating that was ugly. Threw them away.
Package arrived demolished. It looks like it’s been stored where rodents could gnaw at it. Lights work ok. Can’t return it anyway. Never will buy again from this place. Don’t respect the customer.

When I received the product the boxes were crushed and two capsules were missing. I contacted the company to no avail. Would not recommend
Hi Amy,
We're sorry to hear about your experience. However, we would like to clarify that our customer service team did respond to your email promptly regarding the reported missing items.
As explained in our response, these products were sold brand new at a discounted price due to the condition of the outer packaging, which was disclosed in the listing.
We requested photos of the sets and their contents so we could investigate the missing items and determine an appropriate resolution.
We take customer concerns seriously and have been willing to assist you. We would appreciate the opportunity to complete our investigation once the requested information is provided.
Thank you,
WOFSPORTS Customer Service
The ice pack was missing and it leaked. Moreover we never received a response to our return request.
Hi Robert,
We're sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but we would like to clarify a few important details.
The product listing clearly stated that the cooler did not include an ice pack. Your return request was submitted on the same day the package was delivered, initially regarding the missing ice pack.
Our customer service team communicated with you directly by text, explained the product description, and provided a return shipping label to assist you.
We also received a subsequent report of damage, which was a separate concern from the original return request.
We take customer concerns seriously and have made efforts to assist you throughout this process. We respectfully disagree with the statement that we never responded to your return request.
Thank you,
WOFSPORTS Customer Service
