I love the Fudge Brownie!!!
My wife really likes this hair dryer. It’s compact, powerful, and dries hair quickly. We purchased it as “new in box,” but it arrived with scratches and appeared to have been used. The store promptly sent us a replacement, which arrived in better condition but still had some marks and scratches. Their customer service was excellent, very attentive and helpful throughout the process. Overall, we’re happy with the product, and considering the price, it was a good deal.
Wanted to return found it $15 cheaper online. They said they accepted returns except restocked fee and mail. Was very disappointed they do try to work with me. I am disabled and $15 is a lot of money
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. At WOFSPORTS, we strive to offer competitive pricing and clearly communicate our return policies.
We do accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. As stated in our posted return policy, a 15% restocking fee may apply, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
While we understand your frustration about finding a lower price elsewhere, these policies help us maintain fair and consistent service for all customers. We appreciate your feedback and your business.

I received the item with a broken foot pedestal. I’ve emailed customer service twice to ask how to return it, but I haven’t received a response or return instructions. The item arrived damaged, and the lack of communication has made resolving the issue frustrating.
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration.
We would like to clarify that our customer service team was in communication with you regarding the damaged item. Unfortunately, the original photos you provided required authorization to access, which prevented us from reviewing them. We reached out to request photos that could be opened without additional approval, which caused a delay in processing your claim.
Once we received the accessible photos, we promptly issued your refund.
We take damaged-item concerns seriously and always work to resolve them as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
