Kohler 47L Step Trash Can - New with dent I received the item with a broken foot pedestal. I’ve emailed customer service twice to ask how to return it, but I haven’t received a response or return instructions. The item arrived damaged, and the lack of communication has made resolving the issue frustrating.
the packs were re sealed and there was no coin in the pokeball
